If a customer wants to comment on product, he/she may add it to “Comments” field.

To save comments, press right “Disk” shortcut. When specified item gets into order, Agent will see the comment while reviewing product list:

Operator’s Comments

Operator is able to comment on product as well. There is a field to the right of the product (in order specification in admin area):

Operator’s and Customer’s comments are available in “Purchasing Product” tab.
