There is a separate tab “Delivery” on order specification page. Let’s review delivery service operation in details, as long as delivery statuses altering directly affects order statuses in admin area and on the site.
Delivery Statuses
As delivery operations proceed, its statuses alter:

Generate Delivery
To generate a delivery, open Delivery tab in order specification in admin area. All deliveries generated by you are displayed there.
Press “Generate Delivery” button to open delivery editing form.
In this form most fields are filled in with user personal data (he/she enters it in User Account) and order information. You should enter only “Mail Tracking Number” field*
At that all data in the delivery can be edited manually.
When all required changes are made, save the delivery data. Print ticket if necessary. You can print it later in delivery editing mode. As the delivery is saved we can see it generated in “Delivery” tab. It can be edited or deleted by relevant right buttons in delivery information line. Delivery status is changed to “Created”, order status becomes “Ready to Shipping”.
When it is necessary to divide order into separate deliveries, we generate the new delivery.
When Logistic Service reports that the delivery is packed, status “Packed” is applied (via delivery editing option). Order status remains “Ready to Shipping”.
As Logistic Service prepares the delivery to shipping, we apply “Ready” status. Order status remains “Ready to Shipping”.
As the delivery is shipped by Logistic Service, we apply status “Shipped”. Order status is changed to “Shipped”. “Close order” button appears in order list next to the shipped order in user account. By pressing it the customer moves the delivery to “Closed Orders” tab.
* The present-day mail delivery technology implies assignment of unique mailing identifiers to registered mail items (registered or declared value items). Mail identifier information is logged into the unified calculation and control system at every shipping stage. It allows tracking shipping process via internet.
