This subsection focuses on how to update OT Box.
Navigate to Configuration > System > Updating the Box in the administrative area.
Important! Be sure to check a website for updatability before you click the “Update” button.
How to update a website
Check the current version of your website.
Check the latest available version of your website.
If they differ
Click the link:
Once you.ve done this, you will be redirected to the Technical Support Service page.
When to update a website
If you see the message “The site can be updated” you need to click the “Update” button in the administrative area and allow the update to run.
If the above message does not appear updating is not advisable. Please contact Technical Support Service.
