Until the order status is changed to “Received in Warehouse”, the customer is able to make additional order to the chosen one.

When the customer adds the product to the shopping cart and goes through the order placement stages, he may choose the order he wants to add the product to:

If the customer chooses the order from the available order list, the product is added to that order. The new product line is appeared in Agent’s admin area, its status now changed to “Awaiting Payment”. The statuses of the processed orders left unchanged.

 

The further processing of the specified order (the overall order status changed to «Awaiting Payment») is standard.

If the customer’s order is transferred to «Received in Warehouse» or any other status, next to the mentioned, the customer is unable to make an additional order.
