1. Categories list
Enter “Catalog - Category” section in the site’s admin panel. Export categories list in .txt format to your computer.
Replace Russian / English words and phrases (category names) with the texts in desired language.

2. Translation of the website (Polyglot service, 100 USD)
The interface translation the owner of the site makes him/herself. Polyglot service is provided to install the owner’s translations on the site.
To take advantage of the Polyglot service, please, follow these steps:
1. Download the file with the words used on the site to translate them: op_translates.xls;
2. Download the file with the words and phrases that are sent from OpenTrade Commerce services: https://yadi.sk/d/4XhvggwpUyHyX;
3. Replace Russian / English words and phrases in the downloaded files with the texts in desired language and make respective corrections in the contents of the files of language-pack.zip archive;
4. Submit an application for Polyglot service with attached translated files on http://support.otcommerce.com/en.
Translation of the filter names in the categories have to be provided by the owner of the site via admin panel (http://en.docs.otcommerce.com/display/OTENGLISHDOCS/Translations)

3. Content translation and translation of Search in Categories and Products
3.1 Manual compile of the dictionary
To compile the dictionary in manual mode you will need to draw up translations of Chinese words and phrases in the desired language. The dictionary should contain at least 5,000 words and phrases, and the bigger your dictionary the better content translation and search you’ll have.
The dictionary should contain the most common words and phrases that appear in a product name, description, and search queries.
As soon as the dictionary is ready, we will install it on your site for free.
The dictionary file should be provided to OT Commerce manager as Google document. Please do not forget to give access to the provided file.
3.2 Using Google service
Register on Google Translate service, subscribe to the Translate API, submit the necessary access to us, and we will install translation to desired language through Google translate API to your website.
Attention! Google translation is paid service.
The cost of translation by Google is 20 USD for 1 million characters. There are about 500 characters in one product card text (without the item description). Thus, the translation of 2000 product cards will cost 20 USD.
3.2.1 Integration with Google Translate Service
The third option to get the content translation and translation of search through categories list is direct installation of Google Translate service on your site.
In this case, when a buyer visits the site or move through its pages, the product names are first displayed in Chinese or English, and after that in a few seconds they turn into your language. The descriptions of goods can also be translated to desires language if needed.
Integration cost is 240 USD + Google Translate fee 20 USD for 1 million characters. Integration is completed within a few days after the payment.
